OUR PEOPLEDirectors:MONTY MONTGOMERYMining Engineer (Camborne School of Mines) with 40 years experience in underground (mainly copper extraction) and surface mining (quarries, industrial minerals, clay pits, etc.). Monty runs a successful Minerals Consultancy and has been involved with education in the mining industry for 20 years and the MQA since it’s inception. LUDI BIRKDiploma in Education (Wellington Teachers College) and B Com Industrial Psychology and Business Economics (Unisa), more than 25 years experience in the HR, HR Admin, IR and HR Development fields and a passion for the development of people. His strengths lie in the following fields: - Soft Skills Training (Leadership, Motivation, Teamwork, Decision Making, Assertiveness, Coaching etc);
- Logistics (Packing Plants, Pallet recycling and manufacturing);
- Cement Manufacturing;
- Fundamentals (Communication, Mathematical Literacy); Occupational Health and Safety
Ludi also runs a pallet recovery and refurbishment company servicing the cement and other industries
LYNNE MONTGOMERYVarious accounting and IT qualifications with over 24 years involvement in the mining industry (surface).
